Distinguer les Mélanges Hétérogènes et Mélanges Homogènes
Hello Everyone, now that we have made our Vinaigrette there are some things we saw while we made our mixtures.
Everything in this world is made up of different mixtures. For example, what we eat can make different types of mixtures like:
- Chek mix
- Trail mix
- Jello
- Milk
- Lemonade
- Ice Cream
- Salad
We separate these mixtures into two different categories. These categories are called homogeneous and heterogeneous mixtures.
Homogeneous=Of the same kind or nature
Heterogeneous=differing in kind : consisting of dissimilar parts
We see these two categories in the following mixtures shown in this video. Click on the link below.
This video is in French😊 and you can visually see what is being mixed. (Oil and vinegar is among them)
What type of mixture did you make in your Vinaigrette?
Enjoy!

This second video explains in further detail the differences between heterogeneous and homogeneous mixtures. If you noticed from the first video,
these mixtures depend on what we can see and what we can not see in these mixtures. This will determine whether the mixture is homogeneous (can not see the difference) or heterogeneous (Can see the difference). See if you can identify these in the following video.
After you have watched this video, answer the question at the bottom.
